The Amber Monkey's warranty policy.

The Amber Monkey is proud to back all of our products with a 2 year warranty! That's the best warranty in the business! The warranty covers manufacturer defects only, this can include broken threads, broken clasp (pop and screw), etc. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty, this includes pop clasps that come apart too easily. For a longer lasting clasp use our screw clasp. To insure your necklace lasts a long time always use the clasp to open the necklace, pulling on the beads can break beads or pull the clasp off which can void your warranty. The Amber Monkey retains the right to deny a warranty claims for products that have been discontinued or put on clearance.

All warranty returns need to complete our Warranty form found below. Once we have received your claim, we will contact you with instructions. After your claim has been processed and approved, a replacement item will be issued. Please note we make every possible effort to replace items with identical products, but this is not always the case. We can ensure your item will be replaced with another item of the same size and value. Warranty claims can not be replaced with a different size.

Products damaged or missing from a return shipment because of inadequate packaging we will be unable to replace.

1. your name

2. email address

3. mailing address

4. description of the problem

5. copies of the full receipt (name of store, date purchased and item listed on receipt) 

6. photo of the item

If these items are not included your warranty claim will be denied or delayed.  Thank you.
